| IMPORTANT NEWS This website is changing. It will become a French leaseback community website hopefully before the end of 2011. The first step (as you can see) is that the property sales section has been removed and it has become a forum only site. The next step will be to release the part of the site which contains most of the community resources. Only leaseback owners will be permitted to join. Owner's personal space will allow them to automatically connect with anyone in their residence or their management company. You will be able to upload and share documents. You will have a forum for your specific residence. In addition you will be able to communicate with all owners and access all forums. There will be a number of resources available to make the task of managing your leaseback easier. You will be able to do your tax return online without using an accountant or claim unpaid rent without having to use a solicitor. If you cannot find your residence or management company or you encounter another issue then please use the Contact Us option to tell us. In this case please give us the URL of your residence.
