This is a 4 star ski-in ski-out development, consisting of 88 apartments in 8 chalets. Full 4* facilities including pool, sauna, hammam, ski lockers and owners' storage.

It is a Lagrange leaseback and as such has its standard rental options ranging from maximum investment to lifestyle with up to 6 months usage possible.

Most of the chalets are complete and the residence actually opened for the 2008 ski season (albeit possibly too early as there were still a number of things which were not finished correctly and holiday-makers were disturbed by building work in the unfinished chalets). It is at the south of la Plagne 1800 only 30m from the nearest ski lift (Lovatiere).

Like many good resorts there is continual investment here with a new chairlift being constructed linking 1800 with la Plagne 2000.
