Welcome to French leaseback

Leaseback is complex. We have the most popular English language leaseback forum in the world and strongly advise you to read it. It is the nature of public forums that they tend to attract many negative posts and this is indeed true of ours (but not from our clients). But it is important to be aware of the "small print". Too many leasebacks are mis-sold. Too many are sold by agents who are paid mostly or completely by commission. And most agents simply do not understand leasebacks. We probably know more about the leaseback concept than any company in the English speaking market. If you speak to us we will first of all establish whether leaseback is right for you. It is only after you understand the implications of leaseback that you should start to look at specific leasebacks which vary dramatically in their value, makeup and potential.

We will give you honest, objective advice. We strongly encourage input from anyone - existing or would-be property owners. So if you have an opinion, a question, a heart-warming story or a tale of woe then please share it. You will find independent opinions, discussions about leaseback property and its "small print" in our forum.
