FrançaisHello, I'm interested in tracing owners of Le Crystal Residence in Cagnes sur Mer. The management company haven't paid our rent which was due at the end of April.
We had to chase them for information and they have said that they have a cash flow problem and they are waiting for summer reservation payments.
We are very worried as we rely on the yield to pay our mortgage. I have sent a follow up email to obtain further clarification as a matter of urgency and they haven't replied.
We are completed isolated as we know no one in the Crystal Residence. Any help or contact from anyone experiencing similar problems would be much appreciated.

Caroline is out of the office for pregnancy … The other Caroline who replaces her until she come back, had some delay in the treatment of the payment.
It was done on Thursday the 5th of October for all wires … you should have received it today or Monday the latest. I will chek it Monday morning.

Hi Eileen, All seems okay currently from our perspective. I haven't been on this forum for a while but I thought I'd check for any updates! I am conscious that our lease is due for renewal in 2018 and I know very little about the process. In some respects, it seems a long way off but it isn't really as I assume the negotiation period will have to start early next year. It would have been good if we'd been able to form an association. Don't know if this might still be a possibility.......

Hi all, I was an owner of a studio in le crystal. Due to loss of job and extra charges / tax payments etc. I renaged on my French mortgage and my property was re possessed within 6 months. I tried, but couldn't sell it myself. I have now applied a complaint to the consumer body here CCPC, through the petition on chang.org re leaseback scams. if anyone needs help with this, just let me know.

Its good that rental income is still coming in, but it had decreased when I still owned the property, and I was very concerned re the renewal of the lease in 2018, so I took steps to protect my family home here and am also suing MRI REALTY for loss of earnings through a UK law firm, who take 10% if the claim is successful. If anyone has the local marie (Town Hall) information locally for cagnes sur mer, could you let me know?
