Unhappy with CIF? Unhappy with P&V mis-selling?

I am part of a group of 36 UK and Irish owners with cottages on the Three Forests Center Parcs development. We have mortgages with CIF and a smaller number with BNP.

We are loooking to take action against the banks and P&V for mis-selling this leaseback scheme and have appointed solicitors Penningtons Manches cooper LLP Paris office to act for us.
