Our group of owners are keen to bring this to the attention of the MEP's for possible support in this. Already the French government is looking at leaseback problems, as many owners are indeed French

Though I am a member of this forum, I didn't know this
The same problem in Andour is leading to repossession
towards my leaseback in Andour. Because the rent is a big
part in the investment decision.
I feel that the way management company handled Andour is
almost a fraud. Because it was initially Goelia and in
between Goelia introduced a subsidiary called Residallia
and in turn Residallia defaulted and now Goelia takedn
over with 50% reduction in rents.
I would like to see your letter and let me know if you or
a group thinking or planning to take any form of action
for compensation.

Most of these leaseback default look almost like a scam
or fraud.

cash flow problems! Doesn't sound good.
