Selling apartment in Vanves Porte De Chatillon
Hi, we are considering selling our leaseback in Beaune in Burgundy so trying to put the paperwork together.
We do not have the Acte de Vente Hypotheque but have been told that for something like just €12 we can get a replacement but not sure about who we approach
Any ideas?
Thanks in anticipation
I own a unit in a Leaseback Residence de Tourism which is now being taken over by the present Operator who did it by buying
a majority of the units at a very cheap price. This was the result of coercion and intimidation following efforts to lower the rents
without our approval and imposing various charges. Most owners had no alternative (to avoid a long and costly litigation) but to sell
to them at about 30% of the original price. Now, they want to charge us an exhorbitant amount for the for the repairs of the building.
HI, sorry for bothering people on this. We have a property in Nice Acropolis which listed as Aparthotel Adagio Nice Acropolis. Our Management company is Pierre et Vacances. I cannot locate this property on the drop down menu for residences under P&V. I wonder if anyone else here also has a property here. Thank you. Susan.
Does anyone know if the holiday operator of your leaseback property is allowed use your property for long term letting say for 3 or 6 months during the off season ? Is this breaking any of the Residence de Tourisme rules that might impact on your VAT refund? Thanks
Can anyone clear up the following for me, are we missing an important document?
Hi folks, i have followed many topics on this site but never come across this one yet.
We own a leaseback apartment at Charenton le Pont, Pairs - Residence Petit Chateau.
The operator is Pierre & Vacances.
We would like to hear from other owners at Charenton Le Pont to discuss matters of mutual interest.

The Operator of our Residence for Tourism proposed to lower the lease rate; we rejected it. They filed for bankcruptcyand stopped paying rents to the owners. The current lease period expires on September 30, 2019. The judge has appointed aConciliator. What happens now? What courses of action do we have to: 1). get rent payments from the Operator? 2). to break theLease so we can rent or sell our apartments ourselves? 3). To find a new Operator to take over the Lease and operate theResidence? 4). What costs (expenses) can we anticipate paying? 5).
