We currently use In Extenso, and have done since 2011, but now we would like to move to a company that speaks good English. Does anyone have any recommendations please?
Thanks

Hi All,
I've just read an article concerning something I've been pondering with regard to cotisations i.e. why would we, the owners, pay the cotisations when the property is leased out
to a business entreprise. The following comes from: http://www.sareg.com/en/news/read/frenchpropertytaxes/
If you have signed a rental agreement with an agency or tour operator (who therefore obtain an income from the property), it is the agency or tour operator
Hi all, has anybody any knowledge of this organisation ?
Would appreciate any comments regarding their interaction with owners etc
Many thanks, Harry
Hi
I ve been offered an appt in this development at what seems a keen price to the owners apparently needing a swift sale due to divorce.
The lease is due up in Dec 2017 and i forsee a possible large bill for a refurb at that point.
Any other owners on here able/willing to share their experiences of the development/leaseback/CGH ?
We love Ste Foy and go every year
Regards
What is the position relating to Inheritance Tax when the owner of a leaseback property dies? Does the beneficiary have to pay Inheritance Tax on the value of the property at the time of death, even if the lease is still current? Or not unless and until they sell the property? Or when the lease expires? If the beneficiary renewed the lease indeffinitely would they escape Inheritance Tax?
Hi all
Does anyone know how often an apartment is refurbished? Ours is a CGH property in Alped d'Huez and I can't find any mention of this in the lease.
Kind regards

I have been concerned about what would happen to my French leaseback property if I die.
I have a French mortgage with mortgage life assurance, so the mortgage will be paid off (supposedly)
if I die. But what would happen then about local taxes, site management fees and letting company fees for a running lease ?
I have never seen this question asked directly here and can find no information on Google.
hi there,
just wondering if anyone has a property on this complex?
Pablo.
A new user to this forum. Would anybody have any information about C.L.V. PROPERTIES.
What do they do ? And are they any good at it?
just wondering if anyone on here has sold a leaseback or is in the process of selling and if they just used a notaire or did they use a solicitor as well to tie up all the loose ends?
